Since 1997, Denise Wilkerson has been a consultant to many Fortune 500 companies, assisting in meeting HR compliance laws, organizational development, recruitment and the retaining of talent. Denise is the Founder and Director of Executive Search and Recruitment at Global Edge Recruiting. She has a combination of skills through an educational background in health care and human resources. Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development including certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Managers. Prior to recruiting, Denise worked in health care management. She was recognized for her work in developing organizational systems, process improvement, and problem-solving ideas. Denise expertise is in areas such as; recruiting and retaining top talent, group development and change, organizational planning and the implementation of HR strategic plans. She is also well versed on ethics, values and legal issues in HR and employment law.
Randy Wilkerson joined the firm in 2007 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Global Edge, Randy was a successful sales representative earning President’s Club and multiple other sales awards. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies including Xerox Corporation, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a division of Johnson and Johnson. Randy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Marketing and Management. His extensive background assists clients in the recruitment and development of sales teams that can meet and exceed sales goals.
To continue to grow professionally, Randy and Denise are involved on a local basis in the Springfield Area Human Resource Association, a charter organization of the Society for Human Resource Managers.
